To achieve our goal of a nationwide, representative registry we would like to ask physicians and lung centers in Germany for their support.<\/p>\n
The following ways to report a patient with severe asthma are possible:<\/p>\n
After obtaining written informed consent, the patient can be reported to the appropriate management office. From there contact to the patient and the treating physician via one of our qualified employees is initiated. Data acquisition and entry will be done either directly on-site or will be supported by our employee. All necessary patient information and informed consent forms can be\u00a0 downloaded<\/a>\u00a0or requested free of charge via info@german-asthma-net.de<\/a>.<\/p>\n It is also possible to participate as a center and to enter data directly into the registry. This offers the opportunity to save your patient data which can later be extracted (Excel files) and further analyzed. If you need any support, assistance is provided by one of our employees.<\/p>\n
